The Arts Creative Community Service Program is designed to inspire members to appreciate the workmanship of crafts, needlework, sewing, paintings, art, photography and baking. Through this program, clubs may develop and implement creative projects that promote a healthy lifestyle, target personal development as well as a partnership with others and organizations.

Here are a few of our interests:

  • Creative Workshops: Our members enjoy craft nights led by local craft teacher and club member Linda Jones. Several times a year we make wreaths, centerpieces, cards, door hangings, and other creative projects.
  • Library Partnership: We made approximately 500 bookmark kits for children for the community Book Festival.
  • Nursing Home Partnership: We have also made table and tray decorations for local nursing homes.
  • NJSFWC District Spring Arts Festival: Each year we participate in the Spring Arts Festival. Members enter their work in a Garden District contest and the winners go on to the state-level competition.
