In December a few club members went on the Holiday House Tour in Mullica Hill. It was a great afternoon and the ticket price went to help local school children.
A bus took us from stop to stop through the town. We visited an old church, beautiful historic homes—one had great gardens! A new business was opening so we were treated to sandwiches, pizza, snacks and wine while we listened to live music.
At one of the historical stores we listened to a historian dressed in period clothing tell us in great detail of Christmases past. It was just like being there!
