New Special State Project

New Jersey Children’s Alliance

The New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Clubs has adopted the New Jersey Children’s Alliance as their 2024-2026 Special State Project.

The New Jersey Children’s Alliance (NJCA) is a state-wide nonprofit membership organization whose mission is to promote hope, healing, and justice for child abuse victims by supporting Child Advocacy Centers throughout the state with training, resources, advocacy and leadership.

NJCA aids communities in providing a coordinated investigation and comprehensive response to victims of criminal child abuse by providing support, training, and technical assistance to Child Advocacy Centers (CAC) and multidisciplinary teams in all 21 NJ counties. We are very fortunate that our community’s closest Child Advocacy Center is
located right here in Woodbury, NJ.

We are in the process of securing a date to have a program on our Special State Project. In learning about it, we can better understand this organization and just what services we, as a club, can provide and share to promote this worthwhile Special State Project.
