Several other possibilities are in the planning stages at this point, but I am not yet ready to discuss them. We are planning to work with your Arts/Culture Committee with a few coordinating events.

On a personal note:

I’d like to end this section with a special thank you to my committee. It has been a pleasure working with Holly these past four years. We joined the club together and jumped right into taking over the social committee in the midst of the pandemic. We worked hard and tried to come up with various activities to keep us all in touch. We continued working through 2021 against the same odds. We were able to keep our committee running and bring in some new ideas.

In September of 2022, Holly and I were joined by Margie and Kat. They brought several new and inventive ideas to our committee. It has been both a pleasure and an honor to work with all of these wonderful ladies. The social committee would not be the same without their contributions, hard work and dedication.

We wish each and every one of you a restful, relaxing, totally wonderful summer season. We look forward to seeing you in the fall (late August) as we get back into the swing of things with plenty of activities to look forward to.

—Until then, Jody
