Wreaths of Remembrance

One report that was sent in the June 10th eConnection was concerning Wreaths Across America. Our board felt that an option could be for members to donate to Wreaths of Remembrance with the Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery instead, if they so choose. To sponsor wreaths at $12.50 each, make checks payable to People for People Foundation, and write Wreaths in the memo section. Mail to 100 Homer Street, Suite B, Clayton, NJ 08312 or you may go online to www.pfpfoundation.org. There are also volunteer opportunities for the wreath laying on December 5th. Call Janis at 856 579-7561 ext. 203 or email jadams1pfpf@
gmail.com. If you donate or volunteer, please report it to Cynthia Homes-Butler, chair for Civic Engagement.

MAR Conference

The Call to 2026 Middle Atlantic Region (MAR) Annual Meeting and Conference date has been announced. It will be Oct. 8-11 in Albany, NY. It should provide fun, fellowship, and opportunities to learn more about GFWC programs and projects. Please contact me for more MAR information if you wish to attend, susancombs1018@yahoo.com.

Please try to let me know by a few days prior to any conference/event if you are interested in attending, and I will help to coordinate carpooling. I look forward to continuing to work with all of you.
