Welcome Back Ladies!!!!
The Board, Louise and I hope that everyone had a wonderful, fun-filled summer.
Over the summer months, a few of our ladies assisted the Woodbury Cooperative Ministries with their lunchbox program on Mondays. They distributed lunches to the local families.
Some of our club members enjoyed a delicious lunch at Scotland Run. Inside dining this year due to the heat, but still a wonderful day. Over 20 members attended.
Our book club met and read āA Memory of Violets: A Novel of Londonās Flower Sellers.ā Heard it was a good read.
Thank you to the Bingo Committee for meeting during the summer months. We really appreciate your efforts during the summertime.
Also, thank you to the By-Laws Committee for meeting to review our current bylaws. Thank you Denise H. for creating our new club Yearbook too, 2018-2020 edition.
A few of our members that were sick and shut-in, you were in our thoughts and prayers.
Sadly this summer, we said goodbye to SallyAnne Caranfa, a former club member and devoted clubwoman of our Federation.
Unfortunately, goodbyes were also said to Carol Sas, the Executive Director of NJSFWC. Her passing is a great loss to New Jersey clubs and members.
Lastly, we are looking forward to getting back to club business and meeting each task and challenge with strength and positivity. Together, we can achieve anything!!
