Our book collection for our three elementary schools has been completed. We collected a total of 688 books for our students ranging from pre-k to fourth grade. Our total time spent was 98 hours and in-kind donations, $3,054.00.
The books were packed in boxes and delivered to our three elementary schools by our President April Maska & her grandchildren. The classroom teachers will choose the books for their classrooms and any remaining books will go into the school libraries. The Principals of each school were thrilled with the number of books and I know the students will be very excited to have new books to read.
