Happy Fall Ladies!!!
The crispness in the air, leaves turning golden hues and the beautiful foliage at this time of year are inspiring. After fruits and gourds have been picked, then itās the perfect time to settle down in a comfy chair with a good book and a pumpkin spice flavored beverage.
So glad our club members were inspired because we had another very successful Bingo!!! You ladies committed yourselves again to our largest fundraiser of the year.Ā Louise, the Board and I appreciate your constant dedication, hard work and many hours devoted to this event.
A very special thank you go out to our Bingo committee. Donna, Carol, and Elaine. You ladies have devoted all of your resources for over a 10-month period to ensure that our Bingo was a success. Thank you for managing, coordinating, organizing, and communicating. Also, after our Bingo is over, the filing of reports with the state. Itās an 8-hour process that you ladies do not blink at. We commend you for your devotion.
Our mums fundraiser was a big success too, as well as our first Ciconteās fundraiser. We know our members like flowers and food. Great combination.
We have invited our GCI girls and Scholarship recipients to our November meeting. Looking forward to them sharing their time with us.
