The new Arts and Culture Committee got started with Holiday Card Making at Denise H.’s house. Ten club members spent an enjoyable couple of hours making 100 holiday cards for Pro Medica (formerly Manor Care) nursing home residents.
All supplies were provided and we didn’t need any special talent to participate. It was a test of Kindergarten skills like cutting and pasting. Maybe a little coloring, too. ☺ Thanks, Denise, for preparing all the materials and instructing us in our cardmaking efforts.
The committee members are looking forward to working on fun projects with our club members.
